General conditions concerning sales of SEVEN DOC DVD's, audio CD's and boxed sets of book + DVD

Field of Application

The present conditions apply in the sale of products and services on the internet site : www.sevendoc.com. Therefore, ordering through this site implies entire agreement and without reservation on the part of the buyer with the general conditions of sale.

Prices

The prices of our products are stated in Euros and include taxes, but do not include charges for shipping and handling.

SEVEN DOC reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of the order, depending on availability at that date.
Products remain the property of SEVEN DOC until payment is made in full.

Payment

-Directly on-line using a credit card to http://www.sevendoc.com.
Our on-line payment system is protected by SSL protocol.

-Using a bank check, but the bank must be registered in metropolitan France or Monaco.
Checks should be made payable to SEVEN DOC.

-By cash transfer--contact us.

Availability

Our product offers and prices are valid whenever they are visible on the site, within limits of stock availability.
For products not stocked by us, our offers remain valid within the available stock limits of our suppliers.

Should a product you ordered not be available, we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail.
Your order will be automatically nullified and you will be refunded any sums already debited to your bank account.

Important : the delay for finalizing payments made on-line is fixed by our software system to a maximum of six days.

For payments by check : should any part of your order be unavailable, reimbursement will be made by check within thirty days of the original payment being made.

Deliveries - Delays

Total delivery delays for products in stock :
With regard to delivery delays, please bear in mind the time it takes to secure and package your order.
-These delays vary--usually three to four business days. During holiday time, the delay may be slightly longer.

-Transportation delays are two or three days for metropolitan France and Corsica.
For countries in the European Union, delays are from three to ten days depending on the country.

-For countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland, add a delay for customs inspection. These vary in length and are totally beyond our control.

Attention : These delays are postal estimations. SEVEN DOC cannot be held responsible for any delay in completing delivery.

If any article or articles of an order are not available, delivery delay will be the longest.

However, SEVEN DOC reserves the right to ship partial orders, but handling charges will be made only once.

 

Delivery Problems

All claims and complaints pertaining to the order as delivered must be reported at once
(eg. damaged packaging, previously opened...). We must be informed within two days following
reception. SEVEN DOC is exonerated of all liability in the case of a fortuitous action (general or partial strike, flooding, fire...).

Product Conformity

We agree to reimburse you or exchange any product that is defective or that does not figure in your order. In this case, we respectfully request that you notify us by e-mail : command@sevendoc.com and return any such products. SEVEN DOC will honor your request
either for an exchange or for reimbursement. Your claim must be made within seven business days following reception. Items must be returned in the state you found them.

Satisfied or Reimbursed.

In accordance with article L 121-16 of the Consumers' code, the buyer enjoys a delay of seven business days from the shipment date of purchase in which the buyer may return unwanted products and request an exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of return shipment costs.
This right of return will be honored only for complete products in their original packaging*,
in proper condition together with the bill of sale. Returned articles that are incomplete,
seriously damaged or soiled by the customer will not be considered.

Responsibility

Products offered conform to current French legislation and to standards applicable in France.
SEVEN DOC will, in no way, be responsible for failure to respect the legislation of any given country (if a product is forbidden entry into that country). It is the responsibility of the buyer to consult local authorities on the legality of importing prospective ordered products and services.
Photographs are furnished only as illustrations. We suggest that you examine the individual descriptions of each product for more detailed information.
SEVEN DOC accepts responsibility only for the content of pages that it edits.
In the case of significant difference between the actual product and its representation, or in the terms of its sale, SEVEN DOC will not accept responsibility.

Guarantee

To maintain product guarantees, it is imperative to keep the delivery document and the purchase
slip for the product.

Applicable Rights - Litigation

This contract takes effect in accordance with the laws of France. In the event of litigation, the only venue will be the Grenoble Tribunal in France.

In accordance with the law pertaining to informatics and freedom of January 6, 1978, you maintain the right of access, rectification and challenge for all data concerning you.
