The present conditions apply to the sale of products or services to Internet site www.sevendoc.com. Consequently, the fact of placing order on www.sevendoc.com implies whole adhesion and without reserve of the purchaser under these general Conditions of sale.
PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euro all inclusive of tax, except share in the expenses of treatment and forwarding.
SEVEN DOC. reserves the right to modify its prices constantly but the products will be invoicees on the basis of tariff in force at the time of the recording of the orders subject to availability on this date.
The products remain the property of SEVEN DOC. until the complete payment of the price.
CARRIAGE COSTS
The carriage costs vary according to the total weight of the order in kg and the tariff zone of the Post office.

AVAILABILITY
Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available.
For the products not stored in our stores, our offers are valid subject to availability in our suppliers.
In the possibility of a unavailability of product after making of your order, we will inform you by mall as soon as possible. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account were output.
At the time of a payment by cheque, in the event of unavailability of whole or part of the order, refunding will be carried out with the choice of SEVEN DOC. by credit on the bank account of the customer or by cheque at the latest in the thirty days as from the payment of the sums paid by the customer.
DELIVERIES - TIMES
Total time of delivery for the products in stock:
With the delivery periods, to think of taking into account make-ready times of the orders, i.e. the protection and the packing of your products.
- the times of treatment and preparation vary in general from 1 to 2 days wrought. They can be longer for the periods of festivals for example.
- the times of transport are 2 to 3 days for the Metropolitan France and Corsica.
For the European Convention countries, they vary from 3 to 10 days according to countries'.
- For the sendings except U.E. like Switzerland, to add the times of taking out of bond which are very variable and which we do not control to in no case.
Caution: These deadlines are given as an indication by the Post office. SEVEN DOC. could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing.
In the event of unavailability of one or several articles of the same order, the delivery period is based on the longest time.
SEVEN DOC. reserve however the possibility of splitting the deliveries, the expenses of treatment and of sending only one time will be invoicees.
PROBLEMS OF DELIVERY
You must notify any reserve on the product delivered to the moment of the delivery then with SEVEN DOC. (for example: parcel damaged, already open...) in the 2 days following the reception of the product.
SEVEN DOC. is released from its obligations of delivery for any fortuitous occurence or cause beyond control (all-out strike or partial, flood, fire...).
CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCTS
We commit ourselves to refund you or exchanging you the defective products or not corresponding to your order. In this case we thank you for agreeing to make state of it in a way detailed by e-mail: commande@sevendoc.com and to return us products. SEVEN DOC. will proceed, with your choice, the exchange or the refunding of the products. The request must be carried out in the seven wrought days according to the delivery. The products must be returned in the state in which they were delivered.
SATISFIED OR REFUNDS
In accordance with the L.121-16 article of the Code of Consumption, the consumer has a 7 working days deadline as from the delivery date of his order, to turn over any article not agreeing to him and to ask the exchange or for refunding without penalty, except for the expenses of return.
The right to repossess present could be accepted only for the complete products (additional), in their packing of origin *, in good condition and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. The turned over, damaged, damaged incomplete articles or dirtied by the customer are not shown.

RESPONSIBILITY

GUARANTEE
To be able to profit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperatively advisable to preserve the purchase invoice of the product.
APPLICABLE DUTY - LITIGATIONS
This contract is subjected to the French law. In the event of litigation, the court of Bonneville will be only qualified.
